It was frustrating. I had an issue that should’ve been handled the first time, but nothing really happened until I complained twice. They did eventually fix it, so I guess that’s something, but it felt like I had to keep pushing just to get basic help. Not the best experience.

I cancelled a service and figured the refund would be straightforward, but I ended up having to contact support twice before it finally showed up!! They did refund me in the end, which I appreciate, but the wait and the different info I got along the way were frustrating!! Not the worst experience ever, just definitely something that could be handled smoother!!

The customer service team got back to me faster than I expected and explained the next steps in a way that actually made sense. I did have a couple follow-up questions, and while one reply took a little longer, it wasn’t a big deal at all. They still answered everything without making me feel like I was being a bother.
Overall, it was a smooth experience. It was nice to deal with a real person and get clear help instead of feeling stuck waiting around for days.

The freeze did what I needed it to do, so that part was fine. The login process was kind of clunky though, so it made the whole thing feel more annoying than it should have been.

"Fraud alert worked, but it took a little patience"
I used transunion.com to set up a fraud alert after I got a weird credit notice. The site was mostly easy to figure out, but a couple of pages loaded really slowly, and I had to double-check my info more than once.
The alert did go through, and I got the confirmation, so the important part worked fine. It just wasn’t exactly a super smooth process from start to finish.
Overall, it did what I needed it to do, but the steps could definitely be clearer. Not terrible, not amazing either.

I signed up on transunion.com, and I have to say, the pricing was absolutely clear before I ever put in my card info. Like, zero mystery there. I was fully expecting some random surprise charge to pop up after, because that kind of thing happens way too often, but nope, nothing weird at all.
The renewal date and cancellation details were also easy to find in my account, which made the whole thing feel straightforward. that was exactly what I wanted: clear billing, no guessing, no drama. I’m 100% sure that part was handled really well

"Helpful alerts, just wish they were quicker"
I do like getting alerts when something changes on my credit—it’s definitely useful, especially when I’m trying to keep an eye on things. But sometimes they show up a little late, and then I’m like, wait, what changed exactly? The alerts don’t always explain much, so I still end up clicking around or checking somewhere else to figure it out. Overall it’s fine, just not always as clear or fast as I’d like.

"I paid for it thinking I’d get..."
I paid for it thinking I’d get a bit more out of it, but it didn’t feel like much extra. The reports are fine, I guess, and some of the info is useful, but then I’d look at the monthly cost and think, wait, this is kind of a lot for what it actually does. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth keeping.
